First Specialty Certificate Examination in November

ExaminationThe first specialty exam will take place this November. All medical oncology trainees with an NTN obtained on or after 1st August 2007 will be expected to pass it before obtaining CCT. For other trainees it is optional. Read a letter about it and further details here.

The European School of Oncology runs an e-grandround every Thursday at 1715 in which you can participate online. It may be worth checking out the programme and logging on if there is a subject which interests you. The European School of Oncology (ESO) was founded by Umberto Veronesi and Laudomia Del Drago in 1982, with the aim of contributing to the reduction of deaths from cancer due to late diagnosis and/or inadequate treatment
