There have been questions from some about the requirement for peer review to complete an approved 3-day communication skills course. Many have previously completed similar courses and were wondering whether they still need to comply. Dr Pauline Leonard has updated us with the following:
For those who have ever done a 3 day communication course using actors and video feedback or one of the Fallowfield/ MGuire/Wilinson courses, and can show attendance (not just saying they did it), that evidence can be sent to the central team for verification and if approved they will be peer review approved until a refresher course is ready.
