How to Join

E-mail Print PDF

We would like all medical oncology consultants and trainees in the UK to join.

The ACP relies on members subscriptions for funding, as it has no endowments and limited reserves. It is a registered charity and is not funded by the pharmaceutical industry. The current annual subscription is just £50 for trainee members and £150 for consultant grades (payable by standing order) which can be set against tax.

Benefits of joining include:

  • Free attendance at CPIT Weekend for trainees, and New Consultants Group weekend.
  • Eligibility for annual awards for trainees
  • Supporting the roles of the ACP described on this site which benefit all medical oncologists in the UK
  • Hosting of this website and an associated closed ACP forum hosted free by Doctors.net.uk

The membership fee is used to fund the activities above and cover minimal expenses for the committee members to attend the committee meetings. The ACP will also sponsor a named lecture at the NCRI Cancer Conference in 2009.

If you wish to join please contact the ACP Administrator Alison Norton via the Contact Us page. Please support your professional organisation.
